Keto Snack - Fried Queso
This is one of those recipes that is so easy to make that you will make it your new way of eating snacks. We love cheese and on one of our trips to Costco we discovered a huge slab of white queso on sale. We bought it because it is fairly low carb and we love trying new types of cheese.
Queso is fresh, uncured cheese. It is a soft, mild cheese, similar to paneer and it does not melt easily. It is perfect grilled or fried with a cilantro dipping sauce.
- Queso Cheese, Sliced
- Oil Spray
- Heat up a nonstick pan and place 1 - 1 ½ inch slices of queso on.
- Grill on one side until golden brown and flip over. Serve with cilantro and sour cream dipping sauce.
